MMEG’s ANNUAL PHOTO COMPETITION – 2025
Who may enter
The Competition is open to all MMEG grantees – any woman who has received a grant from Margaret McNamara Education Grants from 1983 to 2025.
What to enter
Up to three VERTICAL high-resolution photos from the MMEG grantee entrant’s work, project, organization or goals, and relates to empowered women building a better world.

How to enter
Photographs and the photo description must be submitted through the following email address: Photocompetition@mmeg.org
There is no cost to enter the competition.
Entry deadline
From March 31 to May 31, 2025, at 11:59 EDT.
Prize
Cash prize: a cash donation made to a non-profit or charity organization of the grantee winner’s choice. This may include the grantee winner’s own organization.
· Grand prize: US$500
· First runner up: US$300
· Second runner up: US$100
Exhibition: the prize-winning photos will be exhibited at the World Bank headquarters in Washington, DC.
Judging
Winners will be contacted by MMEG and announced on MMEG’s website by September 2025.
